Business Process Analysis

We help organizations improve how business information systems serve the mission of the organization. We have a one-on-one interview methodology for identifying pain points and areas for improvement, then develop a tactical plan for change and implementation.

Ongoing Support

We service the systems we implement with on-call and scheduled support services. Our Service Level Agreements include Rapid Response (30 min response) to Standard (within 2 business days) with minimum quarterly commitments. We service the systems we implement with on-call and scheduled support plans.
